A family owned and operated an year-round resort since 1998.
We are located about one and half hours north of New York City, in the very heart of Central Catskills National Park, on banks of crystal clear mountain creek, surrounded by beautiful mountain forest, the resort is conveniently situated at the foot of Hunter Mountain, home of the famous Hunter Mountain Ski area.
This breathtaking site encompasses natural beauty in a private setting, making it an ideal location for all year-round family vacations, romantic getaways, weddings and more.

Private rooms and fully detached cottages
Your choice of accommodations includes rooms with two single beds and rooms with queen-size bed. All rooms have separate entrances, private bathrooms and LCD TV-DVD sets with wide selection DVD. Rooms with kitchen access are available.
We also have available completely detached cozy cottages futuring fully equipped kitchens with dinning areas and family rooms with 50” TV/DVD sets.

- Private rooms with two single beds from $80.00
- Private rooms with queen-size beds from $100.00
- Fully detached cottage from $240.00
All rates above are for one night and are based on double occupancy per room or full occupancy for cottages; * - additional fee, up to $80, will be added to price of detached cottages on long and holiday weekends (New Year Eve, Christmas Eve, Memorial Day, Veteran Day, Martin Jr. Luther King Weekend, Forth July, Labor Day and Thanksgiving weekend); kitchen access is available in selected rooms.
Payments can be made in person or send via PayPal. We do not accept credit cards. Advance reservation is not required but highly recommended. Discount rates are available for group reservations or weekly rent.
Amenities
Amenities include a very safe and large playground for kids with brand-new trampoline, private mountain creek, which is just few steps from the rooms, with easy access for swimming or fishing, B-B-Q grills, party tables, hot dry sauna with cold water pool.
Our club house has a game room with ping-pong and billiard tables, air hockey game, karaoke, game and audio system, high-speed WIFI internet access available.
A modern banquette hall is equipped with latest lighting and audio systems and available for reservations for events such as birthday parties, weddings receptions, karaoke nights and so on.
Breakfast, lunch and dinner options
We are serving breakfast, lunch and dinner at our guests request.
Our delicious and healthy meals cooked using only home-grown vegetables and fruits and 100% organic products such as milk, eggs, meats aquired from local farms.
We now offering for sale "100% Raw Honey" from Central Catskills region. Please call us for price inquiry and delivery options.
Things To Do
We offer wide range of entertainment options that include but not limitted to private guided hikes to mountain lakes, waterfalls and caverns, fishing on Hudson River, scenic drives and mountain bikes rent.
We are surrounded by vast number of places of interests and activities for all age and taste - hiking trails, waterfalls, lakes, caverns, horseback rides, ZipLine©, ATV rentals, Steam Train Rides, boating and kayaking, Zoo and Water parks, musical and ethnical festivals, legendary village of Woodstock and its art galleries, Buddhist Temple and Ukrainian Orthodox Church, fruit and vegetable local farms, etc.
We are home for legendary Camp Creek and Extreme Paintball© games - an only trully ultimate paintball expirience in Central Catskills region.
