From the north or south, our resort is an easy ½ hour ride from the New York State Thruway Exits 20 (Saugerties) or 21 (Catskill), coming from:

– Albany, NY (Est. Time: 1 Hour 10 Minutes) – NY Thruway south to Exit 21 (Catskill), turn left after exit and go to Rt. 9W (about 2 miles); take Rt. 9W south to Rt. 23A; take Rt. 23A west to Hunter Mountain Resort.

– Binghamton, NY (Est. Time 2 and ½ hours) – Interstate 88 east to Oneonta. Pick up Rt. 23 east to Rt. 23A to Hunter Mountain Resort.

– New York City, NY (Est. Time: 2 and ½ hours) – NY Thruway (I-87) north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Long Island, NY (Est. Time: 2 1/2 to 5 Hours) – Take the LIE or Rt. 25A to the Cross Island Parkway to the Throgs Neck Bridge. Then take the Cross Bronx Expressway (I-95) to the George Washington Bridge. Take the GW Bridge to Route 4 (3rd exit ramp). Continue on Rt. 4 heading northwest to Rt. 17. Take Rt. 17 north to the NY Thruway, north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Rochester (Est. Time: 5 1/2 Hours) – NY Thruway east to Albany, then south to Exit 21 (Catskill), turn left after exit and go to Rt. 9W (about 2 miles); take Rt. 9W south to Rt. 23A; take Rt. 23A west to Hunter Mountain Resort.

– Syracuse & Utica (Est. Time: 3-3 1/2 Hours) – NY Thruway east to Albany, then south to Exit 21 (Catskill), turn left after exit and go to Rt. 9W (about 2 miles); take Rt. 9W south to Rt. 23A; take Rt. 23A west to Hunter Mountain Resort.

– Western, southern & northern New Jersey – Interstate 287 north to the NY Thruway north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Southern New Jersey (Est. Time: 4 1/2 Hours from Atlantic City) – Garden State Parkway north to Rt. 17 in Paramus, north to the NY Thruway north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Hartford, CT (Est. Time: 3 Hours) – Rt. 84 west to the NY Thruway (Newburgh), take Thruway north to Exit 20. Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Boston, MA (Est. Time: 3 1/2 Hours) – Mass Pike west to the end. Follow signs for Albany, pick up NY Thruway south to Exit 21 (Catskill), go west on Rt. 23A.

– Springfield, MA (Est. Time: 2 1/4 Hours) – Mass Pike west to the end. Follow signs for Thruway south, pick up NY Thruway south to Exit 21 (Catskill), go west on Rt. 23A.

– Allentown, PA (Est. Time: 3 Hours) – Take Interstate 78, east to Interstate 287, north to the NY Thruway, north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Philadelphia, PA (Est. Time: 4 Hours) – Take Interstate 76, east Interstate 95, north to Interstate 287, north to the NY Thruway, north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.

– Pittsburgh, PA (Est. Time: 8 1/2 Hours) – Pennsylvania Turnpike (70, 76) east to Interstate 78 near Allentown. Take Interstate 78, east to Interstate 287, north to the NY Thruway, north to Exit 20 (Saugerties). Take Rt. 32 north to Rt. 32A north to Rt. 23A west.
